Implants Abroad
There are a few options to replace missing teeth, but the most advisable by dentists, offering long lasting and convenient solution are dental implants, which cost from L480 for insertion in Krakow and L580 in Warsaw (plus the cost of dental crowns on them). The average price in the UK for the same procedure is L1800, so you save L1220 just on one implant done with us !!! The treatment time from placement of implant until final restoration may take as little as one day (immediate load implant) to as much as six-nine months and it depends on an individual basis and by the type of implant used. For toothless patients, full arch restoration on implants (lower or upper jaw) starts from L2200 (2 implants + removable bridge) or L3500 (4 implants + removable bridge).
Crowns, Bridges and Veneers Abroad
The alternative to implants in replacing missing teeth are bridges or crowns. Standard porcelain crown or single unit in a bridge starts from L165, (L400 less than in the UK) in Krakow and L190 in Warsaw. These procedures are less expensive than implants, and quicker (whole restoration can be finished in 1 week time), give great aesthetic results and long durability. Crowns or veneers can also be used for chipped and uneven teeth correction. Single composite veneer costs L120 in Krakow and fully ceramic one L290 in Warsaw (L600-L800 less than UK's average). Prices for other popular dental treatments are also around 70% lower than in Western European countries: tooth colored fillings (very aesthetic) from L35 (L85 in the UK) and root canal treatments from L65 per root (L350 in the UK).
Teeth whitening abroad
Our clinic in Krakow offer 3 ways of whitening your teeth:
Trays whitening doctor takes impression of your teeth and dental technicians prepare special whitening trays in a laboratory. You then put it on your teeth overnight for a duration of one week. It is good solution to keep the whiteness of your teeth after lamp whitening, as you can put these trays on 2-3 years after your lamp session to re-whiten your teeth. Trays whitening costs L215 for lower and upper jaw and 2 days are needed for that.
Lamp/laser whitening Beyond System in office teeth whitening which takes about 2 hours. The special laser is put on your teeth to make them whiter, giving great results. Very often however, polishing and scaling are needed beforehand. Cost L295 per session.
Special limited offer for our patients: Polishing and scaling + Trays whitening + Lamp whitening done on a 2 day visit at a cost of L350. Separatelly, these treatments would cost around L600
How many visits?
Duration of your stay in Poland depends very much on the extent of dental work needed. In most cases, one longer stay of around 5-7 days (providing you don't need any serious preparation treatments or extractions) or two short visits to Poland are required for prosthetic treatments like crowns, bridges or veneers. Whitening, root canals or fillings can be finished on one 3 day trip. For accurate duration of your implant treatment you would have to be seen by our implantologist (or send us your X-ray picture), as you might need additional treatments like bone graft or sinus lift. In most cases two visits (1 short and 1 longer) or three short ones over the period 3 to 6 months are required.
